[RETURNS]

We provide hassle- free returns and exchanges in 30 days of the initial purchase date. To be eligible for return, the jewelry Must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original package. We want you to love our jewelry, but understand if you need to return it for an exchange or refund. We are striving for the safest packing not to have any issues during the transit and we take  photos of packed jewelry and packing so as you can rest assured

Please shop carefully and confirm the color, size and quantities before you place orders. Free exchanges are not available because our Policy does not resell the items to other clients due to hygiene reasons. Please also note, that we don't cover the shipping cost.   If your product is not 100% satisfied by you, please contact us in 24 hours of receiving the products. [CANCELLATION] 

We'd like to inform customers that all changes to orders must be made known to us via tiakoreajewely@gmail.com as soon as possible, preferably in 2 hours from the time the order has been placed as we strive to ARRANGE/ and or ship the As soon as possible. We are not able to guarantee cancellation once dispatch is done by our logistics team.
